A Cure to Premature Ejaculation May just be Sitting Appropriate in Front of the Nose

What if you were one of the thirty percent of men who suffer from premature ejaculation and there was a drug available to help you last three to four times longer? Would you run to your family physician and get a prescription? Chances are that you would - and soon you will be able to. Dapoxetine, currently under the approval process of the food and drug administration offers hope to those men who suffer from premature ejaculation.

The drug dapoxetine did just this in a study of 2,600 men who suffered from premature ejaculation. At the beginning of the study each of the men lasted less than one minute during sexual intercourse. The average sexual experience in these was increased to over three minutes! This may not seem like much of an accomplishment - but if you suffer from premature ejaculation than you know the value of two minutes.

The patients who had been given the placebo had lasted for an additional forty-five seconds, and those who had received a 30 mg dose of dapoxetine lasted an average of two-minutes forty five seconds and the men who received the full 60 mg dose of dapoxetine lasted for three minutes nineteen seconds. Times were taken after twelve weeks into the study.

This is the first medication of its kind for premature ejaculation and is accompanied with a visit to your family physician and counseling, and may include pharmacological intervention with the use of antidepressants.

SSRI's have not been used previously to treat ejaculation - and are now being considered for more than one time use to a more ongoing level of care. Men and women have found there to be a significant increase in the stimulation of intimate relations.

Side effects that may affect the patient are psychiatric issues, skin problems and a fluctuation in weight, lower sex drive, nausea, upset stomach and weakness.

At this point in time the side effects outweigh the benefits of the drug and it is not yet approved. There is hope for the future though, with more research - and more trials! The drug is being marketed to improve sexual health and relations and is in the ranks of Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.

It is difficult for men to admit there is a problem and therefore the numbers are hard to decipher and map out how many men are suffering from the problem. The hope for the drug is that it is an on-demand solution to a very common problem.

So for tonight, use the momentary suggestions but when you absolutely wish to develop your circumstances and set an end to make your penis bigger, be organized to work on it for the lengthy haul but rely on me, it might be very well worth it!
